Jordan + Nic // a lovely Barn at Tiffin Farm wedding in the spring

After so many years photographing weddings in and around Charlottesville, it’s always nice to have new spaces for weddings open to mix things up. I actually know Jordan + Nic through some friends I met via engagement photos many years ago, so I was stoked to hear they wanted to have me photograph their wedding and were getting married at the Barn at Tiffin Farm. I’ve passed this spot many times and the mountain views are stunning.

This April day was just about perfect - everything was lush and green with a strong breeze blowing through. Loved their wedding party peeking through the windows during their first look, the secret glowing wooded spot we ducked off to for their private vows, the incredible spring florals, the hilarious failed dip during their recessional, the golden light glowing over the mountains at sunset. Jordan + Nic were basically beaming the entire day. My actual favorite part of the day was that Nic was so emotional during their private vows that we had to back up and photograph them from afar. It was really sweet. So glad to have been a part of this day. :)
